Private sessions at Balanced Pilates Center are truly private. Sessions are one on one in a small, private studio. My objective is to give you an enriching experience that will allow your body and mind to connect and take that feeling of strength, balance and harmony with you.

Absolutely No Refunds

All packages have a four month expiration.

Class Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be 6 hours prior to class time or client will be charged for the class.

Attending Sessions:
Be prepared to exercise barefoot or in socks. Wear comfortable clothing: tee-shirt and shorts or leggings, or a leotard. Please refrain from eating heavily at least two hours before your session.
