Eating healthy and exercising regularly has always been a priority for me. I’ve stayed active with running, golfing, skiing, and weight training through the decades, watching the fitness industry evolve as new forms of fitness fads come and go.

My Pilates journey started when I had an extremely severe ski accident, fracturing my tibia and severing my ACL/MCL. The rehab was long and painful, and I quickly realized the way I used to train was no longer suitable for an aging, injured body. My body and mind needed to be strengthened, muscles needed to be lengthened, and flexibility needed to improve. I decided to try Pilates and fell in love with the movement!

Inspired to become a certified instructor, I traveled to Costa Mesa, CA over the course of two years to train with Rael Isacowitz, the founder of BASI Pilates. Upon completing the Graduate Program, I began teaching right away and have been helping people discover the benefits of Pilates since 2018.
